one pot vs. vagabond. location = portalis wine. food by gabriel claycamp of gypsy chef lore. lovely evening, gorgeous space stuffed full of charming people, energy in the room was palpable, some were terrified about the idea of sharing food from a pot, some were terrified about the searingly hot pots they had to pass, others were just terrified. menu = chicken slowly braised in cider, delectable salad of roasted pumpkins, local goat cheese, currants and pepitos. apple and black olive tart, sounded strange, but was spot on. - MH
