at 10am on march 1st 2007 – michael hebberoy met with 15 reed college students at the paradox café – after some dynamic plotting and much coffee michael and the students created a 50 seat illegal restaurant in just under 50 hours. netting a substantial profit, learning to responsibly identify and harvest several wild edibles from the reed canyon and wetland, and establishing what will likely be an ongoing series of contraband events in and around the reed community. this activity was part of the reed art week and specifically associated with red 76 and a project called “learning is fun and dangerous”. - MH
