one pot + capitol hill block party = july 28

every year a chunk of capitol hill shuts down traffic – throws up stages – and becomes a remarkable little indie rock village – silversun pickups, spoon, the cave singers and more, much more rawk will ring out into the night. we are going to take full advantage of this rather exuberant environ and sneak a dinner right in the middle of the commotion – carefully tucked into the caffe vita roasting room -come early – take in some music – and then land back at the table at around 10ish – the ever talented bob prince and friends are going to be laying out big platters of grilled vegetables, shellfish, other fish, and deep pots of aioli and crusty bread. this will be hyper casual – the pace determined by the wine – plan to be here late – the space is gorgeous – you will be happy. - MH
